Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe:


  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed broccoli and cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded


Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2: In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Stir in the long-grain rice, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
