Instructions:
- Start by selecting a well-marbled beef chuck for the roast. You can use one large piece weighing around 2-3 pounds or two smaller pieces totaling the same weight. The marbling and fat content will contribute to the richness of the final dish.
 - In a small bowl, combine the dry salad dressing mix – Italian, dry salad dressing mix – Ranch, and dry Brown Gravy mix.
 - Add ½ cup of water to the mixed dry ingredients and stir until well combined. This will create a flavorful seasoning mixture.
 - Place the beef chuck(s) in the slow cooker and pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the roast.
 - Set the slow cooker to cook on low for 8 hours. Allow the roast to slowly cook, absorbing the flavors of the seasoning mix.
 - Once the cooking time is complete, check the roast for tenderness. The meat should be fork-tender and easily fall apart.
 - If you desire a thicker gravy, transfer the liquid from the slow cooker to a skillet. Gradually whisk in some flour, stirring continuously until the desired thickness is achieved. This step can be done on the stovetop.
 - Serve the pot roast with the flavorful gravy, and enjoy this simple and delicious slow-cooked meal.
