Taco pasta, fast and yummy!

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 can tomato soup
2 cups water
3 cups pasta
2 garlic cloves
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 taco seasoning packet (I use hot and spicy for a little kick)
1 can corn
Cook ground beef on stove until no more pink. Add in garlic and let cook for 2 minutes. Pour in water, tomato sauce, seasoning packet and noodles. Cover and let simmer 10-12 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Stir in corn and cheese and allow to cook until cheese is melted. Serve with any of your favorite toppings (cilantro, avocado, tomatoes, etc) and enjoy!
