Slow Cooker Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
