Ingredients:
– 1 cup butter, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup chocolate chips
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1 egg yolk

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture, mixing until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolk until smooth.
5. Scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheet. Using your thumb or the back of a spoon, create an indentation in the center of each cookie.
6. Fill each indentation with a spoonful of cheesecake mixture.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown and cheesecake mixture is set.
8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
