Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
