Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Pour cheese sauce over cooked macaroni and mix well. Spoon mac and cheese over meatloaf mixture in baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until meatloaf is cooked through.
