Ingredients:
Deli-sliced Turkey breast (choose your preferred thickness)
Stuffing mix
Instant mashed potatoes
Turkey gravy (jar or homemade)
Can of corn
Instructions:
Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool slightly.
Lay out a slice of deli-sliced turkey breast on a clean surface. Place a generous spoonful of the prepared stuffing at one end of the turkey slice.
Carefully roll up the turkey slice, securing it with a toothpick to hold the roll-up together.
Arrange the turkey roll-ups in a baking dish.
Pour half of the turkey gravy over the turkey roll-ups, reserving the other half for the mashed potatoes.
Bake the turkey roll-ups in a preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes, or until they are heated through and slightly golden.
While the turkey roll-ups are baking, prepare the instant mashed potatoes according to the package instructions.
Warm the canned corn using your preferred method.
Once the turkey roll-ups are done, remove them from the oven and serve them hot, with a side of creamy mashed potatoes, a drizzle of reserved turkey gravy, and the warm corn.
