Homemade velveeta shells, with a twist

Recipe:
1 lb of ground beef, seasoned how you like
Velveeta block (I used the queso blanco variety for a little spice)
1 can of rotel
1 lb box of salad shells pasta (macaroni shells)
I used about seven slices off the velveeta block. Once the meat and noodles cooked, I added them together in a big pot with the cheese and rotel and mixed together as the cheese melted.
We weren’t really sure what to eat with this, so we cooked up a few pieces of garlic bread.
This was SO GOOD! It was super spicy so I think I’ll try it with cheddar velveeta next
