Big Mac Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Shredded lettuce
- Pickles
- Cheese (your choice, preferably American or cheddar)
- Thousand Island dressing
- Tomatoes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- While the beef is cooking, shred the lettuce, slice pickles, and prepare any other desired toppings.
- Once the ground beef is cooked, assemble the salad. Start with a bed of shredded lettuce.
- Add the cooked ground beef on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle pickles and cheese over the beef.
- If using, add sliced tomatoes to the salad.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the salad. Use as much or as little as you prefer.
- Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Big Mac salad!
