Triple Chocolate Valentine’s Day Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
