Ingredients:

  • 1 box of jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 jar of marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, and garlic powder.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the shells.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
