  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
