Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of diced cooked protein (chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
- 1/4 cup of diced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add in the diced protein and cook until heated through.
- Push the protein to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
