Deep Hamburger Beef Sausage & Pepperoni Pie
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 pre-made deep dish pie crust
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
Add in the marinara sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
Layer the pepperoni slices on the bottom of the pie crust.
Spoon the meat mixture over the pepperoni slices in the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the meat.
Cover the pie with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
