INGREDIENTTS:
1 lb ground beef
1 pkt taco seasoning
1 box rotini tri-color pasta
1 sm can sliced black olives
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 sm pkg grape tomatoes, sliced
3/4 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1/4-1/2 bottle Ortega taco sauce
1 handful of crushed nacho doritos per serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook taco meat per pkg instructions and let cool. Boil pasta, drain and let cool. Mix all ingredients together and chill for an hour. Serve cold. I use a handful of crushed doritos on top of each serving, I do not incorporate into salad before serving
